E-Book Purchase Regulations
- E-BOOKS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF PERFORMANCE AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, ERRORS, AND COMPLETENESS. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PUBLISHER AND AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APPLICATION OF INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE EBOOK.
- The "Fabian Stasiak CAD Consulting" sells e-books via the Internet from the ExpertBooks Publishing House website, located at www.expertbooks.eu referred next as the Publishing House.
- Orders are accepted via the Internet using the online store mechanism. To place an order, you need to add the e-book to the basket.
- The only available form of payment is PREPAYMENT.
- Payment for the ordered e-books is made by the PayPal service or by bank transfer.
- After paying for the order, the Customer receives a link to download the e-book to the e-mail address provided in the order. The link is active for 30 days from the date of delivery.
- An electronic invoice is issued for each order and delivered to the e-mail address provided in the order.
- The order will be canceled automatically if the Publishing House does not receive the payment within 14 days from the date of order.
- Payment return. The Customer may resign from the purchased e-books without giving any reason if he does not download the e-book within 14 days from the date of delivery of the link.
- To obtain a return of the amount paid, please send an e-mail to office@expertbooks.eu with information about the resignation from the purchase and provide the order number.
